What exactly do I receive when I buy a bundle?

PDF documents listing suppliers for the category you bought, plus the guide material included with that bundle. Each supplier entry records the products carried, the contact channel, the minimum order quantity and the shipping regions the supplier states.

Are the suppliers verified?

Entries record what each supplier states about themselves, and obviously inactive contacts are removed. That is not the same as a guarantee: you should still run your own checks and place a sample order before committing money, which is exactly what the vetting guide walks through.

Do you sell physical products?

No. ResellersSupplyForge sells sourcing research and guides. You buy stock directly from suppliers on your own terms.

How often are documents updated?

When a supplier's details change materially or a contact goes dead. Updates to a document you already own are made available to you at no extra cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Everything Shopify's checkout supports for this store: major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is processed inside Shopify, so we never see card details.

How fast is delivery?

Immediate. Download links appear on the confirmation page as soon as payment clears — enter your order number and checkout email to unlock them, and reissue them any time from the download centre.

Why do the download links expire?

Expiring signed links stop your files being shared or scraped from a permanent public URL. Save the files locally after downloading. If a link expires before you use it, contact us and we will reissue it.

You can check out as a guest, but an account keeps your order and download history in one place, which makes reissuing a link straightforward.

Can I return a digital file?

No. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so completed downloads are non-refundable. If a file fails to download, is corrupt, or is materially not what the product page described, we fix it or refund it.

Can I resell the documents I buy?

Only with the Mega Bundle, which includes resell rights. Every other bundle is licensed for your own use. The exact terms ship with the files.

One licence covers one business. If two separate businesses will use the documents, buy two licences.

No, and we publish no income figures. Outcomes depend on your pricing, your market, your costs and your execution. Anyone promising a specific return on a sourcing document is guessing.

Who is responsible for what I sell?

You are. You choose your suppliers, verify your stock, write your listings and comply with the law and platform rules in your market. Selling counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods is illegal, and it is the fastest way to lose a store and a payment account.

Do I need a business licence?

It depends on your jurisdiction and on the supplier. Many wholesalers want a resale certificate or business registration. Where a supplier states a requirement, the document records it.
