Terms of Service

1. What we sell

ResellersSupplyForge sells digital documents: supplier contact lists organised by product category and written sourcing guides. We are not a supplier, manufacturer, wholesaler or fulfilment service. We do not hold, ship or sell physical goods, and we are not party to any agreement you make with a supplier listed in our documents.

2. Licence

On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased documents for one business. You may not redistribute, publish, resell or share the files unless your purchase explicitly includes resell rights. The Mega Bundle includes resell rights; the exact scope of those rights is stated in the file delivered with it.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally and immediately after successful payment, through signed download links that expire. The same links are sent to the email address used at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to save your files locally. If a link expires before you download, contact us and we will reissue it.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. ResellersSupplyForge does not receive, process or store card data. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency, and taxes are applied where required.

5. Refunds

Digital goods that have been delivered cannot be returned. Our full policy, including the circumstances in which we do refund, is on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms.

6. No guarantees or earnings claims

We make no representation that any supplier will accept your order, quote a particular price, hold stock, or that you will achieve any level of sales or profit. Supplier information is research, gathered in good faith and accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Supplier terms change without notice.

7. Your responsibilities

• Verifying any supplier before sending money, including placing a sample order.
• Ensuring the products you buy and resell are lawful in your market, accurately described, and do not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright or other rights.
• Holding any business registration, tax registration or permit your jurisdiction requires.
• Complying with the rules of any marketplace or payment provider you use.

Selling counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods is unlawful in most jurisdictions and violates the terms of every major payment provider and marketplace. Nothing in our documents should be read as encouragement to do so, and you accept sole responsibility for what you choose to source and sell.

8. Acceptable use of this site

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this store, scrape or automate access to download links, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful content. We rate-limit and monitor requests, and may block access for abuse.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellersSupplyForge's total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost stock, supplier disputes or business interruption.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase, dated at the top of this page. Questions go through the contact page.
