How long does delivery take?

It is immediate. Download access appears on the confirmation page as soon as payment is approved, with a backup email sent to your checkout address.

What if the email does not arrive?

Check spam first, then sign in to your account with the checkout email to access order history. If it is still missing, contact support with your order number.

Can I share my download links?

No. Links are signed, expiring and tied to your order. Sharing them breaches the licence terms and the links stop working once expired.

How digital delivery works at ResellersSupplyForge

After payment completes, Shopify's checkout confirmation page shows your download links immediately and a backup delivery email is sent to the address used at checkout. Links are signed and expiring, and every purchase stays available in your account order history.

At checkout

Payment is processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. ResellersSupplyForge never sees or stores card details. Supported methods include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available in your region.

Immediately after payment

Delivery is automatic. The confirmation page unlocks every file in your order once you enter your order number and checkout email, and the download centre reissues those links whenever you need them.

Download links are signed and time-limited rather than permanent public URLs, so they cannot be shared or indexed by search engines.

Getting your files again later

Create an account with the email you used at checkout and your full order and download history is available there. If a link has expired, request a fresh one from your order history or contact support with your order number.
